Can
I order direct from your company? |
 |
We do not sell direct but there is
a store locator that lists authorized retailers of our
products as well as a “buy online” section for pet owners
that prefer purchasing online.. |
| |
|
 |
Do you have any certifications? |
 |
We are a GMP certified facility. GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practice
Regulations, which is a food safety program enacted by
US Food and Drug Administration under the authority of
the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. |
| |
|
 |
Do
you have any quality assurance programs? |
 |
Our quality assurance programs follow
the GMP standards which includes standard operating procedures,
critical control points and traceability. |

 |
Is there plastic in your treats? |
 |
No, we do not use plastic in any
of our products. Natural polymer refers to plant DNA and
plant derived protein. We chose plant proteins as the
foundation for our products based on nutritional benefits
and biodegradable properties. |
| |
|
 |
How do you know that the treats won’t cause intestinal blockage? |
 |
We were the first in the industry
to use in-vitro solubility testing. We use chemicals that
mimic the stomach acid of a dog and monitor the treat
every hour for 12 hours. If a product does not pass our
in-vitro solubility testing, meaning it will break down
in a pet’s stomach, then it is sent back to research and
development. |

 |
Where do you get your raw materials? |
 |
We source our raw materials from
North America when they are available. There are some
products that cannot be sourced from the United States.
For example all green tea comes from China but we use
a green tea that is grown in China and processed in France. |

|
 |
Since you are all natural, what do you use to preserve your treats and what is the shelf life for your products? |
 |
We use mixed tocopherols (a natural
source of vitamin E) and rosemary extract and both are
natural. Our products have either a 12 - 15 month shelf-life.
Please contact us regarding the shelf-life of individual
products.

What if my pet has more than the recommended amount of treats and how will eating these affect my pet’s appetite? |
 |
Treats should account for only 10%
of your pet’s daily diet. If your pet exceeds the recommended
amount of treats just adjust your pet’s daily food intake
to stay within your vet’s recommended daily Kcal’s. |

| |
|
